What is a simulated minute?

One minute of synthetic conversation against your agent. A 4 minute 20 second scenario bills 5 minutes, rounded up.

What is a scored hour?

Production audio ingested and judged on your rubric. Billing is by the minute (60 scored minutes = 1 scored hour). Edge includes 12,000 minutes, which is 200 scored hours.

How are recordings handled?

Customer-controlled retention. You set the pin. Deletion on request, legal holds excepted. See privacy on the about page.

Which plans include CI?

Edge and Mill. The GitHub Action and GitLab job call the runs API and fail when a required metric is below the floor you set.
